Identify your visitors

Push email, name, phone, and any custom attributes with identify(). Standard fields land on the visitor profile; everything else shows up in the agent panel.

Rich messaging

Send cards, carousels, buttons, forms, links, and markdown. Author them in Flows with template-variable interpolation and per-language copy.

REST API

Server-side endpoints to start sessions, identify users, track events, and register push tokens. Predictable JSON envelope, documented rate limits.
